Vacation Rental Policies

  • Payment Options: American Express, personal and Cashier's Check, Mastercard, Money Order,  Visa , Paypal ,wire tranfer
  • Check In: 4 p.m.
  • Check Out: 10 a.m.
  • Required Stay: minimum One week or flexible
  • Lodging Tax:  11% (5% county tax + 6% sales tax)
  • Deposits: $500 refundable after house check at departure
  • Other Fees: housekeeping fee and departure cleaning  $150
  • Other Policies: absolutely no smoking in the house
  • Car rental preferred as the city is huge !!!

The beach is just minutes away with its warm Atlantic waters, the wildlife is phenominal, you may get to see a sea turtle crawl onto the beach and dig a nest. The birds are exotic from pelicans down at the pier to parrots flying in flocks in the neighborhoods.
